Our Care Team receives all care requests within 3 business days, and reviews every other week to see who we may be able to help. As you describe your need below, please note we may not be able to supply immediate help depending on the situation.
Preference will be given to long-term over short-term requests, along with requests that are received locally within Battle Creek.
If you have a non-financial request, we will work to respond as quickly as we can. After review we will work to respond to each request even if we are unable to help at this time.
If you’re requesting financial assistance, please note that preference is given to long–term requests over short–term requests. Our Care Team meets on the first Monday of each month to evaluate all Care Requests from the previous month. Funds for Care Ministry are a set percentage of monthly offerings received.
